The delegation, made up of activists from Italy, France, Switzerland, Mexico, and the United States, transported food, medical supplies, photovoltaic solar panels, and sports equipment destined for Cuban educational institutions and health centers directly affected by U.S. President Donald Trump’s energy blockade.

At the “October 28th” educational center in Matahambre, Santiago de Cuba province, sports equipment was delivered, and an exchange took place with the community. In the health sector, a solar panel with a battery was installed to ensure the operation of a medicine refrigerator and provide nighttime electricity.
In San Luis, in the Santiago de Cuba province, the aid workers spoke with healthcare personnel to analyze the functioning of medical services under the current circumstances and plan new support initiatives.
Other stops included Caimanera, in Guantánamo province, where the Mártires de la Gloria school received teaching materials and essential supplies, while the Ramón López Peña polyclinic received medicines and equipment.

As it has done throughout these days, the solidarity convoy to eastern Cuba entered the municipality of Guisa in Granma province, where the brigade members and local authorities also delivered necessary items to the community.
The brigade didn’t just leave supplies. It left the certainty that solidarity, when it travels and stops to talk, ignites a love that Cubans deeply appreciate.
